Privacy Policy

Summary
We don't require an account. We don't sell your data. Study progress lives on your own device, not on our servers.
Information we collect
- Local storage on your device. Preferences (language, chosen test version, chosen state) and study progress (mastered flashcards, practice-test history) are saved to your browser's localStorage. This never leaves your device. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
- Basic analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages are visited so we can improve the site. This data is aggregated.
- Advertising cookies. When advertising is enabled, our advertising partner (Google AdSense) may set cookies to deliver relevant ads. See Cookie Policy.
- Contact form. If you email us, we retain your message so we can reply.
How we use information
Only to run the site, improve it, respond to you, and (if you consent) show relevant ads. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising & Google AdSense
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Children
The site is intended for adults preparing for U.S. naturalization. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any information you've sent us by emailing hello@newcitizenshiptest.com. Because we don't create accounts, most information about you already lives only on your device.
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
